Emerald City Cat Fight

In addition to League Competition, SVC hosts both indoor and outdoor volleyball tournaments year round. Seattle Volleyball Club’s largest event is the annual Emerald City Cat Fight tournament, which traditionally takes place in mid-September.

Triple Tiara

The ECCF is the 1st stop of the Triple Tiara tournament series, as well as the 1st stop of the Northwest NAGVA Volleyball Circuit. The Triple Tiara is an award given to the best placing team thru all 3 Northwest Tournaments hosted by Seattle, Portland, and Vancouver, B.C. For the 2010 Triple Tiara Award, the winning team will be crowned at the Portland Last Chance tournament award ceremony, as Portland did not have their usual Fall Ball tournament in October. For complete details and rules for the Triple Tiara, please see the Documents & Forms page.

NAGVA & Championships

The Emerald City Cat Fight or ECCF, is a NAGVA, North American Gay Volleyball Association, sanctioned indoor Volleyball Tournament, and is one of many Canadian and U.S.A. city hosted events. In addition to city hosted events, NAGVA holds its annual Championships over Memorial Day weekend, and is hosted by a different NAGVA city each season. As many as 150 gay volleyball teams ascend on the host city for a weekend of fierce competition and camaraderie.
